Konfigrator — Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 — 13 October 2026
1. Who we are and who these Terms cover
Konfigrator is provided by ATTICCA REALITIES, S.L. ("Atticca", "we", "us"), Spanish tax identification number B72771066, registered at Gran Vía Corts Catalanes 630, 08007 Barcelona, Spain. Commercial Registry of Barcelona: volume 48,558, folio 13, section 8, sheet B-588148, entry 1.
Website: konfigrator.com. Legal enquiries, complaints, withdrawal and privacy requests: hello@atticca.io. Product support: support@atticca.io. You may also write to our postal address above.
These Terms govern the browser-based Konfigrator application (the "Service"). A Client operates a workspace and publishes configurators using uploaded 3D models. A Customer uses a Client's published configurator (a "Client Site"). "Users" includes Clients, Customers and authorised workspace members. A Client may be a business, professional or individual. Consumer rights depend on the circumstances and purpose of the transaction, not the account label.
The same Terms cover both roles. Provisions addressed to Clients apply to Clients; Customers do not owe Client subscription fees. By registering, you accept the Terms presented to you. Anyone accepting for an organisation must be authorised to bind it. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing; it is not a request for blanket consent. The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms for processing on a Client's behalf.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Client account holders must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority in their country. Customers creating accounts must be at least 16 and, if still minors, have their legal guardian's authorisation. Stricter mandatory local requirements apply. Children under 16 may view suitable configurators, but an adult must use their own account to save configurations or contact a Client on their behalf.
Registration requires an email address and password. Keep your details accurate and credentials secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for access you authorise and for failing to take reasonable precautions, but not for security failures attributable to us.
Clients may add members to upload and edit models. Clients must manage their members' permissions, remove access when no longer needed and restrict Customer information to authorised people who need it. Before collecting Customer information, the Client must provide its legal identity and public privacy contact and ensure its Client-specific privacy information is accurate and accessible.
For billing, provide your legal/invoice name, address, country, applicable tax number, email and contact email. Public Client identity/contact information is separate from private billing details.
3. What the Service does
Clients upload models and publish interactive product configurators. Customers can preview options and save configurations. Konfigrator is not a marketplace: saving a configuration does not place an order, conclude a product purchase or authorise a payment to the Client. Any purchase, quotation, delivery, product warranty or return is arranged directly with the Client outside Konfigrator.
Clients are responsible for their published content, product information, options, prices and any selling obligations. Renderings may differ from physical products because of lighting, display and rendering conditions. Clients must explain material limitations and avoid misleading representations. This allocation does not exclude obligations imposed directly on Atticca by law.
You need an internet connection and a browser/device capable of displaying the relevant 3D content. Performance depends on device capability, connection and model complexity. Contact support if you need compatibility information before subscribing. We do not promise support for every browser or device.
Client Sites may be viewed without an account. Direct contact is by email; there is no internal messaging service at this version's launch. Any future feature involving new processing will be accompanied by appropriate information before it is used.
4. Saved configurations and Client visibility
A Customer account can be used across Clients, with separate associations. Before connecting to a Client Site, you are shown its operator's identity and privacy information. Once you sign in or deliberately connect your existing account to that site, the Client can see your email and configurations for its own sites. No separate send action is needed. That Client cannot see configurations belonging to other Clients. Simply holding a Konfigrator account does not make you visible to every Client.
A visitor configuration is retained for seven days from its initial save. If you sign in during that period, it is added to the account you sign in to and becomes visible to the relevant Client with your email. Otherwise it is deleted from active systems. The visitor identifier expires after seven days and is removed when the configuration is linked to your account. Use your own account, especially on shared devices.
Disconnecting from a Client deletes your configurations for that Client and removes that Client's access through the connection; your global account and other Clients' configurations remain. Global account deletion removes your identity and configurations across Clients, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion within Konfigrator does not itself delete information a Client independently and lawfully keeps outside the Service.
5. Content, licences and permitted use
You retain rights in your models, textures, logos, descriptions, configurations and other submitted materials ("Content"). You must have the rights required to upload, use and publish them. You grant Atticca a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, technically adapt, transmit and display Content as necessary to provide the Service and follow your instructions, including through authorised providers. This licence ends when those operations and agreed retention/deletion processes end; legally required retention does not permit unrelated use.
We do not use submitted Content or personal data to train AI models, or authorise providers to use them for AI training. We do not sell your Content.
A Client authorises Atticca to display its organisation's name and logo on Atticca/Konfigrator websites and promotional materials solely to identify it as a customer of the relevant service. This does not cover models, Customer data or an endorsement. You may withdraw this permission at hello@atticca.io. We will remove digital references within 30 days and stop producing new printed references upon receipt. Permission ends when the customer relationship ends, with the same removal period. Separate permission is required before using a personal identity as a customer reference.
Atticca and its licensors retain rights in the Service software and materials. Users receive a non-exclusive right to use the enabled features during their access period, not ownership of the software or other Users' Content. Statutory rights and permitted uses remain unaffected.
Do not upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, extract personal data unlawfully, evade access limits or disrupt the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to a product configuration. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only as permitted by law. Report unlawful content to hello@atticca.io with its location and the reason for the report.
6. Plans, prices and renewal
Customers use Konfigrator free of charge. The Free Client plan permits one uploaded model/product per account or organisation across its sites. Paid allowances and features appear in the Plans section or an accepted Custom quotation. Allowances count uploaded models; unavailable models held solely for recovery are treated under section 7.
Prices are not fixed in these Terms. Before payment, the order identifies the plan, limits, currency, total price including applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal conditions. Those accepted order details form part of the agreement. Stripe processes Client subscription payments and collects card information directly on its hosted pages; Konfigrator does not collect product-purchase payments from Customers.
Paid plans are monthly or annual and renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. Payment activates the plan immediately where requested. For consumers who do not request early performance, service starts after the withdrawal period. We provide confirmation of the subscription and applicable terms by email in a form you can retain.
Cancel renewal at any time through the back office. Access continues until the paid period ends, then moves to Free. Ordinary cancellation does not refund an already paid period. Mandatory remedies and section 8 are unaffected.
An upgrade you choose takes effect when paid. We charge the full new fee, end the previous subscription and start the new billing period immediately. There is no ordinary credit or refund for unused time on the previous plan; this consequence must be shown before confirmation. This rule does not restrict statutory refunds or protections against unfair terms. Downgrades between paid plans take effect at the end of the current paid period.
If the first renewal attempt fails, paid access continues for 24 hours. We notify you of the failure. If unpaid at the end of that period, the paid subscription stops and the account moves to Free. A later payment starts a new subscription period and restores retained Content within the chosen plan's limits. A failed initial payment does not activate a paid plan. We will not collect the same renewal again after replacing it with a newly paid subscription.
Renewal price changes require at least 30 days' notice by email and in the back office, allowing cancellation before the change. We do not alter the price of an already purchased period retrospectively.
7. Downgrades, retention and deletion
When a plan's limit decreases, Atticca selects which models remain available within the new limit. On Free, one model remains available. Excess models and their associated configurations are unavailable but retained for six months from the effective downgrade. For a failed renewal, that period runs from the end of the previous paid period. A payment during this window permits recovery within the purchased plan's limits.
At six months, retained excess models and associated configurations are deleted from active systems. The period and consequences are disclosed when the plan changes, and the scheduled date is available in the back office. We do not send separate 30-day or seven-day reminders, except where specifically required by law. Statutory retrieval rights and timely export/switching requests remain protected.
Deleting a model also deletes configurations saved for that model. Confirmed Client account deletion removes all its models and associated Customer configurations, including the model available on Free. The six-month recovery window does not apply to account deletion. Global Customer identities used with other Clients remain.
Content removed from active systems may persist in daily database backups for up to seven days. These database backups do not contain model/texture files stored in Storage. Backup rotation is separate from the six-month recovery window.
We may close Free accounts after 24 months without activity, with at least 30 days' advance notice. Use of a Client's published site by Customers counts as activity; a Customer's activity is measured across the account. This rule does not apply to a paid subscription. Limited legal and accounting records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Consumer withdrawal and service quality
Consumers may withdraw from an initial paid subscription within 14 calendar days after concluding it without giving a reason. We also offer this 14-day period for the new payment on a voluntary consumer upgrade. An ordinary automatic renewal does not start a new voluntary refund period; any mandatory right remains available.
We obtain your express request for activation during the withdrawal period. Early activation does not waive withdrawal. If you withdraw in time, we refund the relevant subscription payment in full, including if you used the Service, without deducting a service-use charge. This does not refund unrelated earlier subscription periods twice.
Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to hello@atticca.io or our postal address. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. You may also use the online withdrawal function made available in the back office. We acknowledge electronic withdrawal and refund without undue delay, within 14 days after receiving it, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. Paid access ends and the account moves to Free; applicable return/deletion rights remain available.
Optional withdrawal form: To ATTICCA REALITIES, S.L., Gran Vía Corts Catalanes 630, 08007 Barcelona, Spain; hello@atticca.io. I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for a Konfigrator subscription. Contract date: Consumer name: Consumer address: Account email: Date: Signature, only if sent on paper:
You do not have to use this form. Failure to provide legally required withdrawal information does not shorten any extended statutory period.
We must supply a service that conforms to the contract and applicable consumer law, including required updates. Where it does not, consumers retain rights to correction without charge and, when legally available, a price reduction, termination and reimbursement. The ordinary no-refund rule and absence of a separate commercial guarantee do not remove these rights.
9. Support, availability and changes
Support is available at support@atticca.io. We provide an initial response within seven calendar days; this is not a resolution deadline and does not extend shorter statutory deadlines. Custom agreements may provide additional commitments.
We use reasonable care and skill to operate the Service. Maintenance and failures can interrupt access. We give reasonable notice of planned material interruptions where practicable. No uptime percentage is promised without a separate written agreement.
Changes to a continuously supplied consumer service beyond what is needed for conformity must have a valid reason, such as security, compliance or technical interoperability, impose no additional cost, and comply with applicable notice and termination rights. We will not remove material paid features without an appropriate legal basis and remedy. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice, data retrieval and a refund for the unused prepaid period, subject to more protective rights.
10. Suspension, closure and confidentiality
We may proportionately restrict access for a serious breach, unlawful conduct, security risk or unpaid fees. Where possible, we explain the reason and allow correction. Immediate action is permitted where delay creates material risk or disclosure is legally restricted. Contact hello@atticca.io to contest a restriction. A restriction does not automatically forfeit all prepaid fees or permit indefinite retention.
You may delete your account after confirming the consequences. This stops future renewals but does not itself create an ordinary refund entitlement for elapsed or unused paid time. Statutory remedies, withdrawal and switching rights apply separately. If we end a paid service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we refund the unused prepaid period.
Each party protects non-public business information received from the other, uses it only for this relationship and discloses it only to people/providers bound to protect it or where legally required. This does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed, obtained lawfully elsewhere or approved for release. Published Content is not confidential to the extent published.
11. Export and switching
Request a free export or provider switch at hello@atticca.io. We verify identity and authority and agree the requested scope and destination. Exports include Client-owned uploaded model/texture files in their original formats, configuration/organisation data in JSON or CSV, associated exportable metadata and a field description. Customer exports contain their own data, without granting rights to download a Client's proprietary model files. We exclude other Clients' data, passwords, security secrets and our proprietary software; exclusions cannot be used to obstruct legally required portability.
We normally deliver a standalone export within 15 calendar days. Statutory rights requests keep their applicable deadlines. For switching, no additional notice period is required: we start on receipt of sufficient verified instructions and complete the transition within 30 calendar days, providing reasonable assistance and continuity during transition. If technically infeasible within that time, we explain the reasons within 14 working days of the request and identify an alternative period not exceeding seven months; any extension is limited to what applicable law permits. You may extend the transition once for a period appropriate to your needs.
The relevant service contract ends when switching is completed, and we notify you. We retain exportable data for a further 30 calendar days for retrieval, then erase it, subject to legal retention and backup rotation. A request for direct erasure without switching is handled under your confirmed instructions and mandatory requirements. A protected retrieval period is not shortened by an ordinary downgrade deadline. Remaining accounts/services not included in the request continue. No export, switching or early-exit penalty is charged; ordinary fees for service supplied during transition remain due. Unused prepaid fees after completion are refunded proportionately.
We provide the open interfaces, export information and interoperability assistance required for the Service under applicable data-switching law. This does not promise that another provider supports every Konfigrator feature.
12. Responsibility and applicable law
Clients are responsible for their products, content and authorised use. Atticca remains responsible for its own obligations. For business Clients only, our aggregate contractual liability for events arising in a 12-month period is limited to the greater of EUR 500 or fees paid for the affected Service in the 12 months preceding the first event. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not restrict data subjects' rights. Consumer liability and remedies are governed by mandatory law, not this business cap.
Spanish law governs these Terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections and competent courts available under applicable law, including where they habitually reside. Business disputes are submitted to Barcelona courts, unless mandatory jurisdiction rules require otherwise. International availability does not waive local rights. We may restrict access where applicable law or provider restrictions require it.
We notify affected Users of material contractual changes at least 30 days in advance by email and in the back office, stating the reason and effective date. Changes cannot retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where agreement is required, we obtain it; continued use alone is not a substitute. Consumers retain any mandatory cancellation/refund rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent legally possible. Mandatory language requirements and more protective consumer rules prevail over conflicting wording in these Terms.
